PROJECT MANAGEMENT
No project is too small or too big! CMM Interiors determines what needs to be done within your budget – assigns roles & positions, as well as project deadlines – we set the team direction and track progress and budget of your project throughout the process.
SPACE PLANNING
CMM Interiors helps both businesses and home owners make efficient use of space – companies pay rent by the square foot, so it is in their best financial interest to use the space as efficiently as possible.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
CMM Interiors provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project – we manage all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and materials providers.
RENOVATION
Renovation can give your home or office a “second life” and maintain or improve its value – CMM Interiors will assess any supplies needed for the project as well as the number of sub-contractors that might be necessary.
STAGING
A house that’s “staged” appropriately is more inviting to potential buyers and can increase the odds that it will sell – CMM Interiors can use current furnishings or bring in contract furniture to set up the home and get it ready to show.

CMM Interiors can help with furniture designed specifically for commercial purposes. This can be anything from beds and tables designed for use in hotels to sofas and tub chairs for office receptions and waiting rooms.
